Customers who have booked an appointment on our website, SELIIJAN.COM, to try on clothing at our showroom automatically agree to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Accompaniment:

• Customers may bring a maximum of one guest to their fitting appointment.
• Pets are not allowed in the fitting area.

Access to the Facilities:

• The fitting area is located at 3 Rue Jacques Offenbach at Nice in France, and is under video surveillance for everyone's safety.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.

Appointment Information:

• Additional details regarding the appointment, including the schedule and specifics, will be sent via email after booking confirmation.

Payment Terms:

• Payments can only be made by credit card or Apple Pay. Checks are not accepted.
• The invoice and order details will be sent via email after payment for the selected items.

Return and Exchange Policy:

• Customers' rights to exchanges and refunds are the same as for home-delivered orders. For more information about returns, customers are invited to visit the "Returns" page on our website, SELIIJAN.COM
